DIED.
BLAKE. - On the 17th inst., Mr. James Blake, of Black Log Valley, after a long and painful illness.
The Huntingdon Journal, Huntingdon, Huntingdon Co., PA, Friday, March 26, 1886
After lying on the bed of sickness so long, Mr. James Blake, of Cromwell township, has gone from the noisy, wrestling world. It is fearful to look over the list of the dead in this county since the first day of January. Yet, their absence is scarcely noticed. All moves on without them. So we learn when at last we shall sink forever beneath the waves of the sea of life, there will be but one ripple, and the current will move steadily on.
