My relatives homesteaded at Duck Lake & Wingard from 1900 to 1911. Sirnames were SAMUELS, SALMON and WILLIAMS. They came from Taylor, Pennsylvania. The WILLIAMS men died there and are buried in Wingard, the wives and children moved to Southern California. The SALMON family went back to Pa. with part of the SAMUELS clan. One Salmon married a Marie Swengard in Duck Lake. One SAMUELS stayed in Duck Lake, died in Saskatoon, buried in Duck Lake. Children married into PARKER, SNELL, CATHCART families, still in Canada. Louise SAMUELS married a LENDERBECK of Morse. Her younger sister, Annie SAMUELS is totally lost to me. Sometime between 1903 & 1911 died? married? Age about 17.

Any information on this family, my grandfather & great grandfather & their families, would be appreciated.

My name is Joan White, I live on the north coast of California, where the redwoods meet the ocean. Have had problems staying hooked up to a Saskatchewan list, it seems to come and go. Thanx for your help, Julia.
