The funeral services for Miss Dorothy Gerhardt, were held at the Littleton Funeral Home Thursday afternoon, with burial in Glen Forest Cemetery. The deceased died at a hospital in New York Sunday afternoon. The remains arrived here Tuesday. The survivors are her mother, Mrs. Ella Gerhardt, two brothers, Floyd of New York, William at home and one sister, Mrs. Roy Mason of Nebraska. YELLOW SPRINGS - Services for William Gerhardt, 60, of Comfort Inn, Xenia Ave., who died Saturday at 1:30 a. m. at Greene Memorial Hospital, Xenia, will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p. m. at Jackson, Lytle and Coffman Funeral Home here. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9 and burial will be in Glen Forest Cemetery, Yellow Springs. A native of Yellow Springs, he was the son of Charles and Ella Gerhardt. He had been an employe of Antioch College for many years. Survivors include a brother, Floyd Gerhardt of Beechwood, N. Y., and a sister, Mrs. Helen Mason of Everett, Wash. Rev. Marilyn Lindholm Mason

Born to Allan and Vivian Lindholm on March 17, 1933 in Seattle, WA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on November 23, 2006. Marilyn spent the majority of her 73 years caring for others, from infants to elders. She had great compassion and touched many lives. Marilyn will always be remembered for her warm hospitality and friendly, outgoing nature. Her home was always open to anyone in need. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leroy Mason, daughter-in-law Rachel Squire and brothers Warner Lindholm and David Brinkley. She is survived by her brother Donald Brinkley (Lorrie); eight children whom she cleverly named alphabetically: Allan Mason, Beth Johnson, Cara Mejia, Duane (Carla) Mason, Erin (Jorg) Esseln, Faye (Jimmy) Williams, Galan (Brandy) Mason, and Heidy Mason; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and her dearest friend Marjorie Neal. "It's been fun...". We love you and we'll miss you, Mother. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, December 10th at 2:00 at 13807 42nd Ave. E., Tacoma.
