Jeanette M. Miller, 72, Allouez resident, passed away January 19, 2010. Jeanette was the daughter of the late James and Lenora (Pearl) Miller. She was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy, St. Norbert College, and U. W. Stevens Point, and attended Notre Dame University. She taught 31 years at St. Joseph Academy and 7 years at Notre Dame Academy. She had many hobbies; the latest crocheting prayer shawls for Resurrection Parish, baby blankets for Love Life, and afghans for Project Linus. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Roche and brother-in-law, Donald Roche; and sister-in-law, Joyce Miller; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jerome. Friends may call at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Dr., on Saturday, February 27th from 12:30 until the time of service. Mass of Christian Burial 1:30 P.M. at the church with Bishop Robert Morneau officiating. Online condolences may be sent to Jeanette’s family at www.prokowall.com. Green Bay Girl, Neshkoro Man Wed

NESHKORO, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. James A, Miller, Green Bay, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Ruth Ann, to Donald C. Roche, soon of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Roche, Neshkoro. The rites were held at St. Matthew's Church, Green Bay, Saturday, with the Rev. Norbert B. Rank officiating. Chantilly lace and net fashioned the gown, the bride had chosen for the ceremony. With it she wore a lace cap edged with pearls. Her bridal bouquet was of pink roses surrounding a white orchid. Attending the bride were her sister, Miss Jeanette Miller as maid of honor and the bridegroom's sister, Miss Karen Raye Roche, junior bridesmaid. Miss Rita Evearts, Green Bay, was the bridal aid. James Moser, Naperville, Ill., was best man and others in the wedding party were Richard Van Lanren, Green Bay; Larry Miller, Dale and Thomas McGrath, Watertown. The bridegroom is a graduate of Neshkoro High School and St. Norbert College. He is a Marine veteran of World War II.
