Hallo,

i found your internet site http://www.leighlarson.com/ with your entry:

Carl Gustav "Charles" Jungnik was born 9 p. m., July 20, 1851, in "Schwarz-Holland" Grodzisk = Grätz (today Poland), and died about August 11, 1929, in Appleton, Outagamie Co., WI, at age 78. I'm one of the owners from the German/Polish Internet side www.hauland.de and http://cmentarze.oledry.pl/ we search little stories and memories from the old inhabitants from the "Tomischler Hauland" area in which the town "Kapontke" (today Kopanki) was/is situated.

Out of this we are interested for some informations from Carl Gustav Jungnik and his immigration to US. Perhaps you have some informations for us - p.e. when he immigrated, traveled he alone or were he in attendance from other family members ? out of our own search we send you in encl. a picture of the old gravestone from "Wilhelmina Unknown". Her name was Caroline Wilhelmine Jungnik born as Richter per 29. Octbr. 1826 and she died per 27. April 1878.

Thanks in advance

Best regards from Germany
