She is the daughter of Håkan Pettersson of Sweden and Kristina Maria Larsdotter of Fröbbestorp, Kalmar Co., Sweden.

Maria Sofia Håkansson changed her name to Maria Sofia Hawkinson upon arriving in the United States.

MRS. MARIE JOHNSON

Services for Mrs. Marie S. Johnson, 71, who died Saturday at her home, 3606 Dupont avenue S., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Albin mortuary, with burial in Crystal Lake cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Ludvig; two daughters, Mrs. Carl A. Peterson and Mrs. Stanley L. Nelson; and two sons, Dr. Arthur B. and Harold L., all of Minneapolis;, two sisters, Mrs. Emil Swanson and Mrs. Samuel E. Smith, both of Minneapolis; and four brothers, August, of Mound, Minn., Elof and Emil, both of Minneapolis, and Carl Hawkinson, Oakland, Calif.


Ludvig Nicholi Johnson died April 12, 1967, in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN, at age 91. Buried in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN.

Memorials preferred to Calvary Presbyterian or Bethlehem Baptist Church Memorial Funds.
