Amnesia Victim Is Identified

For 24 hours a well-dressed, 60-year-old woman lay in a psychopathic ward of the San Francisco Hospital. From her mind had vanished all knowledge of her past and authorities feared they would have to wait until the cloud of amnesia had withdrawn before they could return her to  her home. She had been picked p by police on Wednesday at the Mission street terminal of the Bay Bridge. She didn't know her name. She didn't know from where she had come. Then yesterday the woman's picture appeared in a local newspaper. Almost immediately it was identified by an old friend, Dr. Ella Z. Foster, 1590 Sacramento street. The amnesia victim was Mrs. Hattie Stacey, owner and manager of the Stacey Auto Camp at Ben Lomond. Dr. Foster said Mrs. Stacey had come to the Bay Area to spend some time with friends.
